This position is responsible for obtaining, validating and recording of all insurance documents in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess entrepreneurial aptitude, strong planning, team orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Providing excellent customer service related to all aspects of business – a do what it takes attitude to make customer and vendors happy
  • Comprehensive understand of the commercial vehicle insurance processes and requirements – Ensure insurance certificates related to funded transactions are received in a timely manner
  • Provide management with reports reflecting productivity, service levels and insurance tracking on existing portfolio – ensure insurance is properly maintained on existing portfolio
  • Self-disciplined to get the job done on a daily basis – ability to manage projects and deadlines
  • Work closely with dealers and customers and other ECF departments to resolve insurance issues and problems
  • Strong inquisitive, listening, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve customer and employee issues
  • Assist with development and implementation of procedures and documentation related to insurance tracking and
  • Other and projects as assigned from time to time by management
