Role Overview

This position is an addition to our National Accounts team.  You will be joining three other National Account Administrators that support our financing programs with national carriers throughout the United States.

We are looking for a self-starter with good communication and follow up skills to join our team.  Our training program will help you learn specific processes needed to support our relationships on a daily basis.    The daily routine is fast paced and you will learn more about credit decisions, contractual issues, titling, insurance and asset management while supporting our National Accounts.

Role Functions

  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • A “Can Do” attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Above average time management skills; ability to prioritize work flow
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals via phone and email
  • A history of good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Some experience with Excel.  You won’t have to design spreadsheets but we use spreadsheets to help manage daily work flow.
