Overview

Engs Commercial Finance Co. is looking for an experienced Office Administrator.  This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.  The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails.  Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Role Responsibilities

Essential functions:

  • Retrieve and distribute mail – including the PO Box located at the Itasca Post Office
  • Ordering lunch for special events
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Receiving packages from vendors
  • Keeping kitchens stocked with amenities and supplies
  • Keeping the supply room stocked and organized
  • Tax Department Scanning
  • Mail processing
  • Expense report auditing and entry into GP
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Scanning AP documents and electronic file maintenance
  • Check distribution
  • Backup to invoice entry and check printing
  • W9 maintenance
  • Vendor maintenance
  • Year end 1099 processing

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
